I'm not talking about the citation. I was referring to what Kristin said. They will say they don't have to post a sign because you should know the law. She asked how would you know the immediate right onto 4th street was illegal. You would know because you do not have enough space to properly execute three lane changes.

Since an immediate right hand turn after the left onto Van Buren is illegal, they need to post that simply before you make that left hand turn.

Just like they post a uturn is illegal at the point where it is. Otherwise, how would you know.

Okay, even if that is the case, that law is obscure and rarely followed by ANYONE (most are ignorant too it) I never knew it was a LAW until this with Jordan. I always deemed it a suggestion. The cop should have given the damn guy a warning. Especially since he has a good driving record. AND let the fine match the crime. Jordan's ticket is over $100 more than my 14 over the limit ticket.
That is just ludicrous.

There is NO WAY to make it through there legally.

The cop that wrote me the ticket told me I SHOULD HAVE taken the left, then made my 3 lane changes. He never mentioned that that was also against the law.

I should have been issues a warning, as I asked for politely.
