    Im using a random GM sensor. Its super easy to use too. no calibration. Just JB welded into the intake tube, and BAM

      Yeah I remember I used that on my 318. You have a part number? Car it came from?

        I plan on using the GM one too. It seems to be the sensor of choice.
        1997 540i/6 - stock
        1985 325 - M50NV - Getrag 250 - 2.79 LSD - MS2/e -LC-1 - 750cc injectors - Blunttech Manifold - HX35 - AEM UEGO
        1991 318i - M50NV - Getrag 240 - 4.10 open - e36 rack - Smileys - 55w 5000k HIDs

              i don't know that, but google probably does.

                yes you just have to know what the resistance/temperature curve looks like for the stock sensor

                people use the stock E30 coolant sensor all the time. it's actually not that much different from the GM sensor.

                  Until I get my intake done, I'm actually using the sensor built into the AFM. Eventually it will have the GM open-element in it, though.

                      I use the GM open element one, back when my car was normally aspirated I just stuffed the sensor in the rain tray ( not in the intake tract at all ) it works just fine like that.
