so its clear he isnt going to answer the phone when i call. i've filled his voice mail like 3 or 4 times and called him repeatedly until he shuts off his phone.

i was wondering if anyone knows how to find his work number, boss, parents, siblings, etc.. any help would be appreciated because the only other option is legal stuff, and i dont want to go that route unless i have to.

Seriously? That guy looks about 40. This kind of crap happens frequently on vortex and it blows. I'm sorry to see it here too. The bad thing is that unless you file a complaint with Paypal within 45 days you're kind of SOL, and you know the part about sending the payment as a gift. As stated, the best plan of action would be to track down his address and contact the local cops. Good luck, lesson learned.
