    Archie's M3 'NEW PAINT'

Just dropped off my M3 today. So stoked to be getting it completely re-painted. Gonna look sooooo nice when it's finished!
I will be uploading lots of pictures here as the car is in the shop. Was told it would take 3 to four weeks til I get it back.:D
    Stay tuned...

    Before shots

The PO was great on servicing the motor but not good with the paint. The hood, roof, trunk and wing are wasted. Hard to tell but it's shot.:(

Sure, Jim East and Son Auto Body is in Orange since 1976 and a COMPLETE re paint with Glasurit paint is costing me $3,500

              I will be posting many.
A friend of mine who owns a Mercedes repair shop referred me to them.Been sending all his customers there for years.
Just father and son, they've been in business since 1976.Just them two, nobody else is works there.
They only work on Porsche,Mercedes and BMW's and they only shoot with Glasurit paint.Cant get any better than that.

I love your car as-is - can't wait to see it when it's done. $3500 seems like a good price - are they pulling the glass and door panels, etc.?

Looking forward to the pictures! When you say a complete repaint, are they doing engine bay, doorsills, inner trunk, the whole nine yards complete? Or not as extensive?

This is pretty much only a re paint for the price,$3,500. My door jams, engine and trunk compartment are pretty clean. Wouldnt of even re painted the car had the PO taken care of the paint a little bit better.

                              Shant,
What's going on here? Looks like he circled a spot initially to work on, then in the other picture, hasn't worked on it yet?
