looks like someone put some standard ethylene Glycol in to a GM filled DEX cool engine. I have only seen that happen once and that was way back in 97-98 when GM 1st was going to Dex.
Edit: Now that I have read it, WOW I have never seen that happen to standard Glycol before, Wonder if dude was topping off or doing any kind of maintenance and replacing with DEX ?????
That said I like dex cool, I have the factory back in my truck with 6 years and 79k miles on it, and its only got .12 volt worth of electrolysis built up in it.
