Rip: E60 M5

The polarizing Bangelized V10-powered M5 is no more. BMW recently ceased production after 20,548 were made. It also signals the end of a great sounding, high revving NA motor (at least until the current M6 goes away). Love or hate the looks, the thing was pretty outrageous.

I remember the first time I drove the E60, that 2nd gear shift was like a punch in the face. Just awesome! But with that said to me, an E39 with a blanton gearing and JRZ's is the ultimate. HMMM E39 V10&SMG swap? That would be nice
