I think you would be better off tuning a 135i, how hard is it to find a 6speed?

is it to prevent someone from actually seeing what the design of the body really looks like? Because I find it hard to tell.

they used to cover cars with bra material and such to cover the p-types, this is probably a better way to disguise it a little while testing, makes you not want to look too long

Yes. There is software from Dinan and a few other brands that turns up the boost and puts the power at 400hp. Enough to compete with the e92 m3.

I wonder if you could actually order the car with that paintjob. That'd be awesome.

135i w/ Dinan Tune + 6spd Manual > 1M = LAME! I guess all you're really getting with the 1M is a body kit. shame on BMW. They should drop the stupid shit (like X5/6M) and concentrate on their heritage. At least the 1M is a step back in the right direction....

The M version of this thing is nothing more than a marketing tool - not much in the way of racing influence is playing into this latest 1-series offering. Better off getting a standard 135i that you like and just tune it yourself. Chances are the gains will be much better. However, the one Achilles heel of this car is the problematic high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) issue. Do a search of "HPFP" on the 1 addicts forum or any BMW forum which covers the latest turbo cars. This is such a headache for many owners and BMW is only offering band aid solutions....no real genuine fix. It is my hope that someone from the aftermarket steps in and develops a truly reliable solution. If you can fix that, you would have an awesome & durable turbo 1 series.

Any info disclosed on the suspension set-up this car is getting? A big boost from a 135 or what?
