I wouldnt' buy either. They are most likely both placebo chips.

my eta was chipped when i bought it. i'll sell you the chip for $30 shipped. i never drove it like that, because i bought the car for commuting and wanted the best gas mileage and 87 octane. cant really comment on any hp gains.
