      just look for rust, half-assed modifications, and suspension parts that are wearing out. basically check it out how you would with any other used car.

          Dude. Seriously, if you bought that, take it to a mechanic. Any car that's not hitting on all cylinders is immediately noticeable.

          (insert lots of jealously about clean late 318's in CA here)

            As in it's not a 6 cylinder car.

              what I heard in the video was some serious timing component issues.
              what you did to this car is like getting a supermodel naked and willing to do anything you please. now here you are faced with ths once in a lifetime opportunity and then you squander it by making her fuck you in the butt with a 24" strap on. you are a sad, silly little boy.

                Ive got a 318is and I live in san diego if your really serious about picking up the black one I can take a look at it for you. I think I may know why it sounds like that but I have to see the rest of the car in person. Where is it located at in San diego

                  You should take up his offer^^^^

                  Are you aware that the 318 is a 4-cylinder, meaning it's "missing 2 cylinders", aka it should be a 325 which has 6-cylinders.

                  318i = 4-cylinders
                  325i = 6 cylinders

                  The 318 is a lot slower than the 325, but it's great on gas mileage. You should look for a 325i.

                      I's rather get this one and swap in a 5 speed.

                              believe the black one is a member. he also has a 325ix for sale. a bit less too.
