    water leaks and problems

discovered a crack under my front passenger wheel and apoxyed it and its fine , waters still coming into my passenger side area and filling up that whole foot area with water. checked the vent looking things under the wiper blades and there seems to be a hole , so i filled it with cylicone. i hope this works as ive had to rip the carpet up on the whole right side for it to air dry. anyone else have this prob before and how did u fix it??

seems to work so far , still wounldnt mind some insight , thanks in advance everyone.

i had the same problem in my vert and it was a clogged elephant drain. its on the firewall near the valve cover. i moped up the water on the carpet with a towel and then left the car in the sun with the windows down to dry.

did you Check your sunroof drains to see if they are blocked in the rocker area? (assuming you have a sunroof.)

iirc, it can fill the rocker area and over flow into the foot well area. it seems to me they can be cleaned out with a long wire.

search though, and you will find that answer here somewhere.
