                Yeah, the z1 chassis is very close to the e30, but it uses the so-called z-axle that the e36s got. Its like the opposite of an e36 318ti hah

                    The Z1 is essentially an e30 vert with a few different suspension bits, pointy bodywork, and awesome doors.

                    Bonus points for that, because if you import one, a ton of parts can be taken from e30s. Heck yes feasibility.

                          no. the z1 has more parts that are different than are the same. it even has a multi-link rear suspension. it does share the m20b25 and getrag 260 however.
