I'd ALWAYS wanted an e30 since I was a little kid, found mine was on the lot (import yard from japan) for $8500. Didn't pay that but swapped my Toyota Hilux 4x4. Worth every cent, I have my dream car =D

Yeah, we've all seen some ridiculously priced cars but so what? if someone wants it bad enough, they'll buy it. Better to start with a high price, than a low one as a seller. Besides you might just find someone who has been looking for a long time for exactly what you have.
Also, did the OP say it was to be a track car? Not everyone wants to build a track car."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

*shrug* Really, the difference between paying $2k for an E30 and $4k is negligible. Sight unseen is an issue, though. You're going to have to go over it carefully when you get there.2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD LBZ/Allison
