Which brand of Spraypaint?

Okay, so I searched, here, the general technical and paint subforums... couldn't find anything.

So Im repainting my Honda motorcycle, as the engine is pulled, all the wiring needs redone, etc. I figured why not? It will only be a little bit more work to fully strip the frame.

So what brand of spraypaint? I want good stuff, not cheap shit. It HAS to be gas resitant, and withstand abuse.
Ive heard duplicolor is okay, but you have to be very precise on coat times. Seems like VHT is the same stuff, as it is made by the same company.
I hear Krylon is great and gas resistant, and Rustoleum is the complete opposite?

Any opinions? Im talking just normal enamel paint here, or whatever you call it.

My car is Krylon satin black. It seems to be pretty durable, but as any spray paint it will chip off, but if you go over it with the same stuff it will dry to match perfectly, if you use some kind of rynoliner type paint it will be vary strong but also very rough and ugly.

Why not buy a paint gun and some real paint? They are not very expensive at home depot.

Maybe? My best friend's Dad has done professional autobody for 35 years now and he could hook me up. I just buy paint.

Wurth is the only way to go. We use it to touch up heavy equipment like big cat bulldozers, and excavators and it holds up to abuse really well.

Plus, their calendars fucking rule.

You don't want to use cheap shit but all you mention is spray paint? Good luck with that. Spraying a frame is not a big "favor" if you do all of the prep work and help out. If you want something truly durable, spray paint isn't going to cut it. My

Yeah spray paint it! Its just a ct200, if it was a cb I would say real paint but i think a ct could pull off spray paint.

Something that i think is worth noting is that, although vince30 successfully spray painted his car, it's not a bike frame. the frame of the bike is going to be subject to more heat than the fenders or hood of a car would.

since your in the area tacoma screw has there industrial strength spray. It's the shit, not too many color options though..

Im thinking powdercoating would be too much. Ill try to get a line on some car paint, and a guy to spray for me.
