I actually have one sitting around that I was thinking about listing for sale.
Best way to mount is to just mark the holes and then drill them.
I'll be up @ Eurosport in Plano visiting for a little bit either Mon or Tue.
Also i may end up @ Bonedaddies tonight.
I might be in for yours. Ball park price?
Let me ask you, do you think the iS deck lip looks better? I really cant decide, I like them both. I have some high rise BBS skirts Im thinking of putting on my 90 325i, along with the e28 spoiler. Car is autotragic but just refurbished from intake gasket out, and all new suspension components, bushings, tie rods, etc. and new drive train from guibo back to diff.
I hope to drive this car long, long time as a DD. Might 5MT swap when the autotragic goes, but just had new filter, gasket and Redline installed so I hope it will be awhile.
Car is Calypsorot (resprayed, not really well, but good from 10 ft), coupe, tan interior which is pretty mint. Some minor things need fixing, window seals, etc., but car seems pretty sound now.
So..which spoiler??? Im planning on leaving everything black..i.e. side skirts, spoiler, etc.
Pffff. That is way too much. I paid $80. $160-$200 is ripping someone off. $120 if the paint is mint. IMHO.
Drilling the holes is a bitch.
Asking price on these has always been $125 and up on the forums.
Sure you can get one for way cheap if you happen to luck out at the right salvage yard at the right time.
I sold a mint one last summer for like $150-$160.

I've always liked the looks of the mt-1 over the regular "is" or even the mt-2 rear spoilers. Even on the later cars or full mt-2 cars I think the mt-1 looks better.
I've had my e30 mt-1 rear spoiler for nearly 10yrs and don't plan on selling it even though its not been mounted in a few years.
