I removed the HVAC/Radio console when I replaced the dashboard about 6 months ago, and I still haven't put it back in.
It's great because the first thing any potential thief notices is the bunch of wires hanging out of the hole where the radio is supposed to be, so they don't even want to put any effort into breaking into the car haha.

rear head rest, antenna delete to windshield, wired factory e30 phone so I can make phone calls, tweeter deletes, fram oil drain plug and tube, change rubber exhuast hangers to metal ones, seafoam, ford taurus sideskirts ( I know, I know), 173 ecu

car wash:
provided you do it yourself, instant beautification of your car, wash the car, rims, and vacuum interior. it's definitely worth it and you can't really mess up.
debadge:
symmetry is a beautiful thing. you will no longer have to deal with the old looking dull letters.
radar detector hardwire:
simplistic and out of the way. no wires hanging all over the windshield and/or dash.
paint rims:
if youve got stockers (bottles), paint those suckers, or any wheels for that matter. cheap and looks good if done right.
