So how old are e30 owners, and how long have you had your car?

45 years young - 318is less than a yr, just put deposit down on 325i

26 years old. Had a 325i for 6 months when I was 23; sold it because it was a rustbucket. I just bought a rust-free 318is that I hope to keep for much longer. Normally I change my cars like I change my socks, though. The longest I've kept a car is 5 years, and that is my current (and hopefully last - I've had 6 others) MR2.

Lotta young 'uns on this thread (me being one of them)! This car is such a great learning tool for a beginner driver. And a great car in general for someone who wants champagne on a beer budget :)

I am now 22 and have owned 2 e30's first one was my first car at 16 it was a 89 325i owned it for 4 years and bought another one when i was 21 a 85 325e.

Sounds about the same for me. 22yo and I've had 3.

First was an 88 325 @ 16
Second 89 325is.
Second.33 88 325 w/ M20B25
Second.66 88 325 w/ S50
Third 89 325i w/ same S50

49 ive had it mah 91 ix for about almost 3 years . Sold it few weeks ago. Now i am buying another ix 4dr.

55. Acquired and built racecar in 2005, after racing '02s for about 4 years.

Sold my E46 last year and have been driving fix'n'flipper e30s since then. Looking to start on number 6 before the end of the year. Had '02s, e21s, e30s, an e36 and an e46. Like the e30s the best.
