ok guys i dont care for the code anymore i just did a killswitch. but any ideas why does my obc dims way too much with headlights on? does it have any where to adjust dimmer?

...I think he has the point by now.
The OBC lighting is controlled through the connector to the back of the cluster, so that is definitely connected.
There is two parts to the lighting control for the OBC, one is a 12v+ input with the parking lights on, and the other is a ground through the dash rheostat. Given the way the OBC seems to be responding to the parking lights, I would guess the 12v+ input is ok, but there is an issue with the ground through the rheostat.
Would I be correct in assuming your cluster is %100 stock and working correctly with regard to the illumination?-Dave
