lets just say i believe this person has been causing me large amount of problems and i would love to have her email address and maybe a phone number.
maybe some one has access to a revers license plate search site?

Doesn't California have a pending case/criminal background search where you use that information, I know Arizona does.

lol well it's not worth enough to pay for right now.
its also not my address. it's my nabors. i live in apartment a, they live in b.
parking where i live has always been clouded. we one have "assigned" parking place plus a visitors spot per apartment.
no one really pays attention to these "assigned" spots and we all always park in each others spots.
if there is a car you need moved for a particular reason you just knock on the neighbors door and ask if they can move their car. no big deal.
i have never had a problem with any of my neighbors till last night.
some pimply bitch from next door came over and asked me to move my car out of her spot. i told her i would, but asked if she would have one of her room mates move their mini out of one of our spots so that i would still have some where to park. she told me no and immediately got bitchy with me telling me that if i did not move my car right away there would be trouble.
not wanting to get in a dumb argument over parking with sum pmsing idiot i started to walk out side to move my car.
as she walked away from my front door she called me an ass under her breath.
this really pissed me off. i think it would have pissed me off less if she had said it to my face.
the best part is she did not use the spot till the next morning.
a day later, day after thanks giving some one ells parked in her spot. she called the cops and got everyone in our neighborhood who was not parked in their designated parking spot a $65 ticket including some of her roommates. one of those people was me.
it takes me two weeks to make $450 and a can hardly afford a $65 ticket when i did nothing to deserve it.

i just really want an email address and or phone number so i can put an add up in her name for some baby kittens or something.
nothing really bad, just something that will make one or two of her days suck.

why not just order a circus to her apartment COD

pilot if your suggesting what I think you are why not just get a valve stem remover and take them all out. she wont understand what happened at all and it wont cause any serious damage.

Her car definitely deserves a bumper sticker such as:

Put vasiline under her door handles so it gets all over her hand when she opens her door.

Put this on her door handles, gas cap, or in the car if the windows are down

If her car has a screw in radio antenna you can always remove it (takes about 5 seconds), she will be clueless as to why she has no radio reception the next morning.

I really would not do anything such as a prank. Call the landlord and have them explain to the pimple that her likewise pimply, crack smokin friends need to stay out of your parking place.

That or... just shoot her in the face......(with a water gun full of piss, or vinegar, or...etc.)

You sound like me, a poor college student. It takes me 2 weeks to make about $450 bucks too as a student intern!
