How much is a real Alpina gauge cluster worth?--

The recent FS thread where the Euro gauge cluster with the orange needles was sold as an Alpina cluster for $330 has me wondering what the value of a real Alpina cluster is. Anybody have a good guess? I've got the one from my black Euro car on the shelf and I've been thinking of selling it ever since I saw that thread. That car hasn't been on the road in a year now, and when it is back on the road a 7k tachometer probably won't be enough anyway.

So, speculate freely. Or don't. That's up to you. What is this thing worth? Discuss..

    Cheers,

    Ryan

*Edit- Yes, there is black electrical tape covering the 'red line' in the tachometer. The last engine that this cluster was used with had a rev-limit set at 7,300 rpm.

*Edit again- Yes, that coolant gauge is funky. It rests where you see it in the picture and when you key the ignition 'on' it returns back to where it should be.

I don't need yardwork, the neighbor likes to take care of that for me. You can come clean out the garage though, there's no telling what sort of neat stuff you'll find in there that's been hoarded over the years..

I could see that fetching $400-500 pretty easily, might even sell in a few hours. If you listed it at 1k you may have it sit on your shelf for awhile

$300-$600 depending on how enthusiastic the buyer is.

$300 sounds fair to me, comparable to M3 cluster
