I saw an 85 Hartge Baur TC for sale near my house and i was wondering if they were real and how rare they are if bmw did make them.

Im not sure what the TC part is. I thought this was for a Scion TC baur or of the like when I clicked this HAHA. but no. there was a limited production to baur's not sure about a hartge edition.

TC Baur is the full name. Most people just say Baur and BMW didn't make them. =] With grey market cars, it's possible it could be a Hartge modded TC Baur cabriolet. That could be the real thing - they did make them (E21) - haven't seen an E30 one. Here is pics of an E21 Baur Hartge H26 in So Ca. It checked out as the real thing.
You should jump on it - if your going to pass, you'll be someones friend for life, if you post up the location, lic # & vin. Then step back & watch R3V at its finest.

I dont have any pictures right now, but its on rt 512 in east bangor, pa for anyone interested. I cant afford it even if i do manage to sell my e30s. I wish i could but an enthusiast may as well go for it and take care of it.Comment
