Any turbo m20 raced a a4 with a arp stage 3 kit?

What the hell does "stage 3" mean? Who set up the official stages of upgrades?

iirc apr's "stage 3" is software, downpipes/manifold, hi flow cat, turbo upgrade (garrett ball bearing somethingorother), and the associated fueling upgrades. stage 1 is software only, stage 2 is software & mani/dp upgrade. stage 3 from apr claims 350 horsies. the B5 platform is pretty piggy. i'd watch a youtube video of that race, but then again starting a thread about street racing then taping the race might be a bit incriminating. and retarded.

And a Turbonectics super 70 would be way to big for what you have set up youd need more mods to get that thing to spool up. If you "really" have that set up have fun with lots of turbo lag thats desinged for a lot more than a standard m20 can throw at it. Troll

Its actually a real ballbearing super t70 it comes on full boost (12psi) at 3.3K and pulls hard as hell
for those of you that care I boosted 12 psi and he ate my shit all the way home ;)
He did get me at a couple of stoplight but it was a different story on the highway.

Audi A4 = Awesome gearing, heavy as shit. Stage3 = k04 turbo + supporting softwear/fueling, that's 350ish (usually a little lower) AWHP.
From a dig, yeah, he should get you (which you said he did)
From a roll, you need to up the boost :P

I totally agree with everyone which is why I will add just alittle win.
The arp stage 3 package includes software garret ballbearing turbo, bigger injectors, special arp manifold, downpipe and that's about it. The kit make 280hp on a b5 1.8 a4 which is what he has. He also has an exhaust so he prob has around 300. If one of these packaged a4s pulls up beside you at the track on street tires they pull 1/4 miles in 12.9 to 13.2 depending on there skill. The car weighs in at 3250 for the awd model stock. My car weighs in at around 2700 pounds and has an estimated 280 on 10psi and 300+ at 12. Every race from a roll was the same and ended with me trying to catch up. On the highway it was the exact opposite. I would pull at the top of every gear when I was in full boost.
Anyway I'm glad this thread could entertain some people bored at home.

Ps I'm suprised nobody liked the hot girl working on the e30 at the begging, I looked long and hard for that lol
