Thats not that bad. I fixed a e30 exactly like that with a 2x4 and a hammer. Just take your time pushing it out. Start on the outside edge and slowly work your way towards the middle. Then let a body shop bondo it up and paint it. You should only have to paint the tail panel.

File it with hers, it completely matters. If you file under your insurance and do something like switch insurance companies, they will take that into account when figuring rates.

File it with her insurance as it was her fault and should damage her insurance record, not yours.
