Ok so i've bin on r3v for a while now and i've bin looking for the right e30, and i was wondering, what it like to maintain one of these cars? Cause if its going to make me bankrupt by paying for parts i don't think its worth it. If you guys could help me out that would be amazing!

it really is dependent on how the PO took care of the car. my 'es' cost me almost nothing. my iC has nearly bankrupted me. and 90% was the lack of maintenance from the PO. and if you do the work yourself it is super cheap to maintain. otherwise you need to find a shop, that only works on these cars and will fix them correctly. you cant just take these to any garage and expect the car to last.

Parts are cheap. The car is easy to work on. If you do need to take it to a shop you need to find a good one and it will cost you.
