^^^^ that suck,, i will never let any valet park my car, not matter how pro they said the are.
when i sarted the first and only accident i had so far was ripping the door handle of a 09-10 escalade.. that thing its made of plastic. i pulled kind of hard and it broke(didnt do it on purpose).. i just told her what happened and problem solved

I used to work as a detailer at a high end mall. we were setup in the parking garage and would either pick cars up from the valet, or if they could they would bring it.
pushing the gas a bit happens all the time. WOT? never, racing around turns? never.

we actually were told when taking car out to QC, take it up to 40, u-turn, 40 again. to dry out all water...

but having ridden with all the valets, the worst is not them wanting to see how fast the car is. I'ts when they are busy and in a rush, they drive like assholes. not to have fun but to get the car done. thats when they drive the worst.

and for the record, if I valet, I take my key and tell them to leave the car up front.

Imagine you working your ass off to afford that brand new bmw, cherishing it like it's everything to you only to have it totaled by some douche that thought it was cool to test out the "capabilities" of my car. Seriously, that's just being an asshat.

You are a valet, and will never valet your own car? So...let me get this straight. You think it's cool to "test the capabilities" or someone else's 650 (it has as 6spd ZOMG!) but you wouldn't want someone to do that to your car?

Never! i always said that even way back before i started at the valet job.
to me "test the capabilities" of a car doesnt apply ond a 1st and 2nd gear pull.. not even the whole 2nd gear.

Not everyone, just most unfortunately. I've had jobs parking/moving far faster cars than a 650i and honestly didn't screw around at all. Karma is a bitch.

Same here. I work for a BMW dealership, so you can imagine what we get in, and I end up driving everything that comes in. I totally agree that Karma is a bitch, and it will come back around.
