because valet companies don't have insurance right? I had coworkers fuck up cars and they were taken care of and STILL valeted with us.

im not saying its acceptable to get in a customers car and dump it from redline the proceed to clutch kick around the next corner but a 2nd gear pull here and there probably isn't going to be detrimental. I just wouldn't suggest valeting your car in the first place. One of my supervisors would come to work drunk all the time, or go and take shots on lunch breaks and come park your car.

I manage the valet service at the hotel where I work and If I catch one
of my guy doing any "testing" or any stupid thing for that matter then he's
or she's fired right away. I will also be speaking with every other manager that I know of nearby hotels/restaurants to be sure that you won't be able to get another valet job around...

Summer will be here soon and I will have to hire around 12 new guys and
like every other year I will fired/replace half of them.

There are 3 different kinds of valet: pros, douchebags, and fucktards that trash cars. Pros are they same guys you would hire to drive you around. Douchebags will do pulls in customers cars and probably race them. Fucktards are the ones in the video.
