SO lets get things straightened out right quick. As i have texted you before, I've been going through alot right now. Why not request an admin to restrict his access to private messages and direct him to this thread so he can settle the dispute in the public eye? That way if he is scamming members out of parts he can't do it through private messaging.

Unfortunately, if the member is banned the OP will likely never see the parts owed to him.
