Yes, thats what I thought....Not so easy, they are unable to do anything until charges clear....I am currently working through an ebay dispute
It has been a really bad experience a week of waiting, three hours on the phone (probably to india) I will think twice next time I try to save a few bucks...I just wanted to warn other members about these shiesters...Leave a comment:

that is bullshit.
and you do not have to pay the fee. call your credit card company and tell them the story and that you do not approve of any purchases or fees from this company. your cc will block them.Leave a comment:

No the receipt and the tag on the part had the right number. It was just the part itself was wrong. Oh well happened like 3 months ago. good to know for future reference.^Too late for you, you should have told them that when you were there. If they ship the incorrect part, that is not what your invoice/request was printed on the receipt, then yeah, you have all rights to tell them to shove it.
If you gave them the wrong VIN, or P/N. It's your fault.Leave a comment:

i don't think its a scam, you choose not to deal with after the mistake they make. they could have ship you the correct one and not charge you a restocking fee..end of storyLeave a comment:

No, the end user is not responsible for restocking on an incorrectly invoiced component.Leave a comment:

Ya they still have to restock the part. When i went to the dealer to pick up a new lower steering shaft joint, I made sure they knew it was for an airbag car. what did i get a steering shaft for a non airbag. Guess what i had to pay a restocking fee. Shit blows.Leave a comment:

Hey guys...Just a warning to all out there
Tried purchasing a fuel tank for my car, 91 318is, through Proradiator on ebay..... excellent price and looked exactly what I needed...Purchased through Paypal and waited a week for it to be shipped to me....
FF to today as I caught the Fed-Ex truck and was amazed as what looked like a ford escort gas tank with a 3 foot filler neck was wrestled from the truck....I naturally refused the shipment and promptly called the company the sort out the issue...I had decided to not purchase a replacement from them as I need it fast and figured I would need to get it locally....so I asked for a full refund....They replied and said they would have to charge me a 20% restocking fee:!::!::!:
I think this is a scam to make 20% on all returns even though it was supplied incorrectly and would like to warn anyone thinking about purchasing from this company on Ebay as they seem to sell a few items for e30's.....Tags: None
