I was all set for a great weekend. Blunt delivered all my parts (but no CNBs...), so I'm ready to go.
Things get better! SMECO stops by and tells us that our scheduled building power outage is moving from 1PM to 1030AM. Nice.

            *SCREEEEEECH!!*

Hold on. I have duty. All week. I'm literally chained to the base. I would so be turning this afternoon into an all nighter on the e28 and ix. Instead, I get to hang out and wait for everyone else (who has power) to go home and then I can lock up. THEN I get to go home. AAAARrrrrgh!
... and just for added fun, if my duty phone rings, I have to hurry my ass back to the base. It could ring every 5 minutes, or not ring once. You can never tell.

Test fitted a new dashcap. Not a permanent solution, but it'll do until I can find a decent dash to swap in there.

Surprisingly enough, it looks pretty damn good. Matches the rest of the interior parts REALLY well. I don't think I'm even going to paint it. Of course, being in Atlanta, this means that I have to get some kind of "sun protection." Perfect excuse for a tint job!

Other than that, it's recruitment weekend at GA Tech (for psychology grad students), so that means free booze at the dinner tonight! Weeee!
