That pisses me off. Honestly, you don't use any car, no matter how beat up, as a fucking bench or table, let alone a ladder. Why would you dent the car more?

Spend a few days, pop out dents, hammer it down, fill in any creases, sand the whole car, and spray it with some proper paint. It'll honestly cost under 500 bucks, spread out over days/weeks. This isn't some shitty car that you just want to look "better". It could have looked really damn good if you spent the time on it.

if i bought a beater e30 for working, hauling, etc and it was already beat to shit, a $50 paint job would not be out of the question. e30s aren't so amazing that to beat one up is some sort of sin.

But if he spent the same money, just sanded it and buffed it, and picked a non-ricer color, it'd be a pretty damn decent $50 paint job. Satin/matte black done wrong is one of the ugliest things on a car. Done right, its awesome, but for $50 it's obviously not gonna be done right.

I have a vert. I need a vert for hauling, scene-cruises with friends, looking at things(no roof), my tan/hair blowing, and talking to people out-side the car. Atlanta is full of ic's. Lots of fine automobiles here in the 80's. Verts are $1500 here now, running and driving.(needing work) My paint was scratched and the body has close to 200 dents. I use it as a work bench, stand on it(advantage bumpers-they are steps), sit on it, put drinks on it!!! It is my tool. It is a very good driving machine.
