    Looking to swap

    my engine is very tired and im looking at options for a swap. Which motors would require the least amount of fabrication..? Or which would be best for a 87 325is

    Go 2.8 M20B28
    all you need is eta rods and M52 crank (84mm stroke)
    9.3:1cr, No fab work, and more pony's

                M52 crank you can pickup for about 250'ish
                You'll also need a Front main seal spacer for the M52 and you can pick
                one up for $60

                then add the price of the rebuild...
