my brother didnt trade me for them. he was the middle man that negotiated the trade. the e30 with the RS' was sitting at the bmw shop he works at. it was abandoned and they have a mechanics lien on it. after profusely thanking the owner and telling him i cant believe he is letting me have them, he said this, "well i mean hey, if it makes someone happy to have them, why not?"

i bought a set of perfect bottlecaps with excellent tires for $150 from a friend. so technically, in the end i paid $150 for a set of RS'. which is practically stealing them anyhow.

Fuck yea. This is a good reminder to keep my eyes open for steals to be had. Nice move OP. RS are so uber legit its not even funny

I don't see what the big deal is. They look like stock e30 basketweaves to me except it being a 2 piece wheel and having more lip around the edges.

3 piece, not 2 piece.

The fact that they look similar to the stock wheels is the appeal of them. They fit the style of the car. They are correct for the era of the car. They are customizable with different widths by swapping lips/barrels.
They are stock style, but better in every way.
I can go on all day.

Not everybody wants some JDM honda boy racer wheel.
