Except diamonds aren't rare, they have unimaginable amounts stored in warehouses in diamond centers such as Africa. They withhold most of this stock, thus causing the price of diamonds to remain high. I see this similar to RS' holy status. There are other rims I would prefer over RS' in a heartbeat :P
