Man up and drive it. Remember, there is nothing a yellow air freshening tree can't fix.

Ya, that is of no return. Short of burning it, there is gonna be unreasonably high expense trying to save these.

    Pretty cool pictures.

I stored an early RX7 GSL-SE and a '68 Datsun Roadster in a barn one winter ... I had some mold (not nearly as bad as what you have) The cars didn't have leaks, it was condensation due to lack of ventilation in the barn and the temperature difference between inside the car and inside the barn. I was easily able to save both cars with a very thorough whipe down using a product called Spray 9 - I believe it has some bleach in it. No smells to this day, but get out the q-tips and paint brushes and get every nook and cranny, wear a mask and gloves ... good luck...

Thanks Mike. Probably going to gut it, then figure something out. I'm guessing carpet and seats are toast, just too dense and I don't want to be breathing it in. I can roll carpet-less for a few months.

Thats what I'm thinking, I don't have time at the moment for a new shell though, need to do something to hold me over.

Whole car leaks, but didn't want to investigate since I need a new shell.

You should clean your car more often.
Good call on the wipes. My parents said the same thing. See note below as to why I wasn't cleaning it.

First, get a good mask. I would mix some water/Lysol to disinfect. Carpet fresh/baking soda works well on the carpet and to remove the residual odor in the cabin. Lysol aerosol for the vents. It's going to take some work and plenty of lysol but you can save your interior. When it's ready to air out, try running a large fan inside of the car to get any remaining moisture out. Leave the carpet fresh/baking soda under the carpet and inside the cabin for a while.
    Mask, will do.
I think Il'l gut everything out and then try to salvage what I can. Good tips on the baking soda.
