Received my unit & planning to lay out the installation this weekend for the e30M3. Great packaging & shipping - thanks Levent for a super job on a great gauge unit, can't wait until I get it installed!!

Here are some of mine against my real Alpina piece and then installed, please excuse the dirtyness and iphone pics. I need to dig the car out of the way back of the shop to have room to finish install but there are 3 inop cars behind and around it. Thaks again to everyone that worked so hard on this piece, it really is the only gauge setup you should run as it just looks and functions so damn well.

For those of you interested in the Valentine 1 remote display function here is a video of how it works.

The PVG-e30 module would work exactly the same way except you use the remote switch to program and silence the unit

Sorry for not including that bit of information. The gauge setup starts at $499.00 and includes all senders as part of the package, and the $499.00 price is not for a crippled package, it actually contains the most common items to monitor like oil pressure, oil temp, coolant temp, voltmeter.

These are being distributed exclusively by Gutenparts and you can see the configuration page here:

MC when you installed yours I assume you dremeled out the duct area to run the wires? Did you use any grommets? Pics of the install?

In installing mine, I was running 7 wires thru the hole in the duct to the back of the gauge. I used a .5" bit to drill a hole in the right side of the duct. I had shrink wrapped my wires & they just fit in the hole so I didn't seal it with a grommet.

Ran them thru the hole exiting the dash at the left vent opening & pulled enough so that I could comfortably have working room to attach them to the back of the gauge. After mounting the gauge in its final position, I pulled any slack back through the hole.

Hope that helps. I am in the process of doing a write-up on the install & will post it up when it's finished.

We got ours installed in my E30 M3. It matches the dash well and looks great. I show it to all my E30 customers and they love it! Now to get them to shell out some dough on it, as it is totally worth it.

I rock one in my Pro3 car, love it, very easy to read at a glance and just fits in with the dash!
