It has new .20 over pistons, shorter balanced rods, new crank, new bearings in the bottom end, brand new head with m3 spec euro schrick cam, and m3 valves and seats? With a 3.2 m3 crank and rods.
Look at it this way, basically you have an s52 bottom end with a "euro"-ish s50 top. You'll get somewhere around 290-300hp at the crank. (s50 has 286 to the crank).
240hp, BMW made that motor it's called the S52, they even sold them in 96-99 M3's in the USA. That is if nothing stupid was done to ruin compression ratio or make it too high such that pinging is inevitable, in that case it might make 245hp for a few weeks then blow up.
