how rare is the slicktop 4 dr?

how rare is a slicktop 4dr e30? I just picked up a 318i that needs a new motor. I was going to turn it into a chumpcar, but I picked up another 4 dr 325 that is a better candidate, so I'm going to just get the 318 running and drive it instead of my mega cab dually for a daily.

is teh slicktop 4dr rare at all?

Pretty rare, but I've been seeing a quite a few of them on the forums since I picked mine up.

Yeah, they aren't very common - not even in the 318i/4's.

Except the M3e30...... none are that rare, nor valuable. Sorry.

Not to say, some arent worth a shit pile of money if done well, but ...

                      Overall, not so much.

I would guess they are more rare in the states than in Europe. I have one and actually am surprised on how much extra headroom it has. It's quite nice.

I think in Europe, or at least in my area, slicktop is more common.

With my rear seats in perfect condition, it's quite uncomfortable to sit in the rear, even for a person of average height in my sunroof-equipped model.

who cares about the back seat. I never sit back there. :p

although, my friend is 6'7" and he seems to fit fine.

Me neither. Just people don't like to go on roadtrips with me :)
