my diff almsot fell out while at a local track during drift practice. two bolts jumped ship, another ripped out as you can see. and the last one was loose but still hanging on. :???: i got all new bolts 5mm longer and used blue loctite on all of them!

Damn, I wish I could take that class. I wouldn't mind doing work like this, at least for a couple years in college. Seems like a ton of fun and you can make a lot of expensive parts for free.

Built my own M62 V8 swap mounts...

Oh, and this is what happens when a endmill spinning at 14,000 RPM hits solid aluminum at per minute. Took about 1/2 a second to do that and sounded like a train horn. Would have kept going had I not stopped it.

Oh, and this is what happens when a 3/4" endmill spinning at 14,000 RPM hits solid aluminum at 120 inches per minute. Took about 1/2 a second to do that and sounded like a train horn. Would have kept going had I not stopped it.
