Rear subframe is on the floor. UPDATED 5-25-11 with pics of car finished

Supposed to start work on february but till now i had the spare time.
Yesterday, after 4 hours if work me and a friend dropped the subframe in order to do some surgery.


Going in:

Repaired axles with new boots.

Marshalls adjustable toe/ camber subframe

Thanks to blunt for these parts.
New ebrake cables
New cabs
New subframe bushings
All new hardware/ bolts, washers, nuts, etc...
Brembo rotors square
Pagid frot pads
Ate rear pads
SS brake lines (blunttech)
rebuilt girling calipers (thanks levent)
Clean and paint diff and control arms

Maybe i missed something...

Sorry but i didnt get it, weld what and where? Do you mean the reinforcement plates for the swaybar links?

^^^ ok i get it now, was a good idea to reinforce but no one had mentioned this before so i didnt know. Hopefuly in 200000 miles i will do them hahaha

Yesterday night we dropped the car to the floor finaly after much time on jackstands.
Took it for an alignment and was surprised how much camber and toe the subframe let me adjust. I was originaly at -3.50 and now at -2.0 just where it is supposed to be by factory settings, the toe is at .19 as its supposed to be by factory settings as well. So with ie3s and -2.0, its well worth every penny a spent on the subframe. Props for marshallm.

This pic was prior to alignment. 15mm spacers in front and still waiting for the 20mm for the rear, after that i will roll the fenders if have to and then take it for some paint refresh here and there. Finally a surprise for everyone, stay tuned.

Clean, all in all how much was it in parts? thinking of doing this myself. Already have SS line's for brakes but going to refresh the bushings, boots, and parking brake. TIA
