E36 M3 Uses the same spring diameter as E30 dude.

They will fit your struts. I dont know how much Drop you will achieve, but I do know Ive used E30 springs on E36 M struts.
            The rear should work too

hmmmmm I thought the e36 struts had springs that got smaller at the top. I know you can use e30 spriings in them for 5 swaps but your using an e30 strut mount when you do that which is what allows you to use them. I'm pretty sure e36 front springs are different than ours. But I'm leaving myself an out here and only going with "pretty" sure. haha :p

The non-m springs start off big and get smaller at the top, but E30 and M3 springs stay the same diameter all the way up.

I put M3 springs in a stock set of e30 front struts once, With the E30 upper mounts etc. they're the same.

Isnt all this stuff widely known? Its talked about constantly on the 5 lug swap forum.

may not lower the E30 though, E36 springs are significantly taller and have a higher spring rate. I dunno, try it.
