That thing must rip. The N52 is an awesome engine, even in the E60.

E90 330's move, they are quicker than I expected. The 1 must be awesome. It's still fucking ugly, but the dynamics are there (if it's anything like the E90).

I read a recent magazine review of the E90 and its slower than the E46 330. Does 6.2 sec 0-60 really feel that fast?

I got to drive an E90 330i (auto) last week it was fairly fast, I got on the gas a lot. I drove 45 miles and used a quarter of a tank. The ergonomics are weird in the car and the active steering is really F-uped. The active steering can create a lot of understeer when you dont want it, say when you are trying to take a 90 degree turn and the car only want to turn 45. I dont like it as well but the engine felt decent, somewhat harsh downshifts in sport and reg mode.

Meh, could be a low-mileage test car, crappy track conditions, whatever. C&D clocked times similar to or just a click quicker than the E46 330 times they got, even the ZHP model. And a low-14 second car feels quick to me, sorry if I'm not as 1337 as some people.
