    r3v'd my car :(

Note to self: don't fall asleep for a half second while travelling under a rocky tunnel with guard rails inside of it on an already narrow road. @ 55mph in the morning.

    :-/

its about 2" long and 1" deep.

What kinda cost am i lookin for here from a body shop for pop + paint.

for those wondering: i blinked awake and noticed myself veering quickly towards the guard rail, so i did a slight correction and i'm thinking the body roll of my car after the correction caused my fender to slide into the guard rail for a moment. SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHK is all i heard when it happened. I yelled AH FUCK really loud and pulled off at the next exit hoping not to find the entire right side of my car's paint completely wiped shredded off.. luckily it was just this.. and luckily i'm alive.

That's nothing compared to what could have went down. Glad it wasn't worse man. That won't be too costly to fix compared to most r3v'd cars

                        Dear Mr. Kruzen,

We are very sorry to hear of your unfortunate incident invoving your BMW 325i. We regret to inform you that at this time, your accident, while unfortunate,
does not meet the current standards required for your car to qualify as an official "R3V".

The act of falling asleep while driving, or in your case, what appears to be a case of what is known as "microsleep" is not recognized by R3VLimited.com as doing something stupid, irresponsible and reckless while driving. Falling asleep at the wheel happens to many people frequently, and is not regarded as being careless.

We wish you and your car a speedy recovery, and better luck next time.

                        Sincerely,

Josh Anderson - Founder and President of the "R3V"

                          FUCK THAT.

if you are tired behind the wheel pull over, get off the road.....get some rest in a rest area....drink some coffee or even get a hotel.

Driving that sleepy is as reckless as driving drunk (don't you watch 20/20??!?).

This would be a textbook example of r3v-ing your car...

What you did was an "r" only :P

oh yeah. it doesn't count as a R3V. not totalled or even hurt that bad.

don't drive sleepy. stop crying and deal with it. we got 20 year old cars anyway, scars add character

both my cars have character VV
