Verts are all over my local craigslist. Probably 75% of E30's are convertibles. Some have been for sale for months.

They may have some value, but finding the right buyer could take forever.

1969 2002 - looks to be a solid car .... $2900. Apparently it sold almost immediately. If I hear that Lee, Ken, or Ryan swooped in.... I won't be surprised.
