    Green clips??

I want to paint my brake ducts trim black but these little green clips holding them in place are being stubborn. It'll look dumb if I break 'em and don't have brake ducts so how do we get them off? I've tried everything I can

They are a pain but they just pop off, try a combination of needle nose pliers, wire cutters, and a small flat head. If you don't mangle them you can reuse them, if you mangle them you can get new ones from Blunt, but then the new ones are harder to put on then the old ones were to get off.

Quit being a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles and just get them out. There's a good chance you'll break them, but they are dirt cheap. I'm not positive, but I would think you will survive without brake ducts for a couple of days.

Thanks foofopps! I know it was kind of a dumb question but you were very polite about it. Thanks again :)

those things just slides off the brake ducts.
i used a rubber mallet and hit the fasteners from underneath and it popped right out.
a panel pry tool could help too
