    buying a wrecked 36

Where is a good place to buy a wrecked e36 m3. I have been thinking about just buying a complete car for when i do my s50 swap and then i could make some extra money parting out the rest. Also, excluding engine, harness, ecu, exhaust, vaders, manifold, p/s pump, A/C comp, how much profit do you think i can part out the rest for.

Hahaha, not a whole lot buddy. Those are the money parts. And if you buy a car with those parts in good shape, either the rest of the car is fucked, or you paid 10 grand for a nice BMW M3 to hack up. :)

What are you gonna sell, the speaker kick panels and make 4 grand back? lol.

        PS - I'm parting a 92 4 door 325, I know what sells and for how much - it's not a gold mine.

I don't think a wrecked E36M3 is going to sell for $10k, I see them all the time in good shape for $11-$12k..

Thats why I said he'd be buying a NICE M3 for 10k - meaning if all those parts are good on the car, either the car is fine with no damage and he paid 10k, or there's nothing else left so he wouldn't have anything to sell ;)

Theres one at a local auto dismantler in Rancho Cordova. Red s50 for $5500. Wrecked front end but drivetrain is not touched.
