My friend found an e30 m3 in someone's backyard

and there is a bit of rust on the floor panel on the driver side from what I saw. I've seen some janky m3s, but this think has the carpet screwed into the floor plan with drywall screws and self tapping screws alike. I just wanted to make it pretty again =(

my bad lol i just seen this kid working on an e30 and small talked with him and he said he had previously bought an e30 m3 and was fixing it up and he needed some parts from the subframe of the e30 he was under. and he was young, and i know your pretty young, so i figured maybe it was your buddy when i was reading this. wouldn't guess there was two young guys within 60 miles of sac with an e30 m3 project lol

You will never get a chance to buy an E30 M3 any cheaper or in better condition. That is not going to be 1k to break the engine down and make up a part list. Don't you kids know how to do ANYTHING?!!?

It is called a box of tools and some elbow grease! Then jump on RealOEM and build a list and call up blunttech with all the part#s then GET ON IT! ask me how I know ;)

What a gay conclusion to an awesome thread. I just read 7 pages of what ended up being FAIL! Kick yourself in the balls for not snaking that car from him as soon as he got it, then kill your friend and take the car like you should have in the first place!

No not yet. It still just sits in his backyard. I'm still considering it but I won't pay 6 or 7k for it. But I have the rear seat from it which is cool.
