Depends. A lot of companies make them. Matt Kosonen had them in his car and said they fell apart after a year. Some of them are really ugly too, like that guy with the baby blue car that has the SRD knockoffs with the ///M logo on the headrest. They look like they are a tweed/neoprene mix of material.

Those leather ones were out of my parts car, I had been rocking grey clothe non sports. Non-reclining doesn't bother me unless I am in the car for more than 2 hours. I am young and nimble 8)

I just like the feature. Not just for reclining to make yourself in the most comfortable and effective position, but to get shit in and out of the back.

It can be a hassle. There is NO getting anywhere near the backseat with the fronts in. There were cobwebs in my back seat. I had to remove the pass. side seat to get back there to clean up and wash the windows for the first time this summer.
