I see half a bottlecap out from under a raggedy car cover in someone's yard. Upon further inspection, I find it's a 323i TC Baur convertible! It's all original, H4/H1, europlates, bronzit beige, with good top and the old school Hartge style graphics along the side of the car. Got sheepskin covers too. It's like the car came out of a time capsule. The owner is a lady who knows what it is but has 2 other cars and says she wants to fix it up someday. What are TC Baur's going for these days?

well most are 316's and 318's ( m10 ) so a 323i is fairly rare you would think.
Theres a lady who comes to my work somtimes with a 85 grey market 318i baur , zender body kit , zender spoiler along with zender bumpers. Euro bumpers and more. She also said she would never sell it. Find out a price or make a offer.

i think they are actually a bit fugly too, but have to agree with above. i standard e30 convertible looks so much better. here is one on ebay right now. lets see what it does.

Lady up the hill has one. Recently she brought it by to get some minor work done. Asked when she was planning on selling it, response was never. Likes it better than a straight vert as it's more fun to drive. Her's is a 323i as well.
Will snap a better photo when I do next oil change on it. LOL Didn't mention it's a grey market that her and husband imported in in the 86.Comment
