I work at BMW Dealership here in Aus and even we have very, very strict guidelines to follow regarding use of the roundel and other BMW trademarks. Same story with the BMW Club here. The website, club logo, event promotions, etc, all needs to conform to a BMW set standard and most changes need to be run past them first.

Just how it works. I know it sucks buddy, but there really isn't anything you can do.

i does suck ..i will deal. the internet has brought on a whole new world of trademark and copy write issues, that in the past would not have raised an eyebrow. i just find it really odd that BMW would walk a mile out of their way to step on an ant.
