actually, LEV is a federal standard. there's also ULEV and PLEV. I think many BMW motors (not from E30s) are ULEV, like the M54 and N series motors.

If those parking spots are in the front of the lot, that's silly. Most hippie "low emissions car" owning gals would probably prefer a long walk to their destination for the exercise.

Shit, why not put that sign in the owners driveway so they can walk the whole way so as to not put any emissions at all into the atmosphere.
