Lol you can still drive around PR. Just might take a day or 2 around the outside edge. Sidenote. Are the speed bumps in the towns still like mini ditches?

I cant believe I'm just now seeing this. If you took I35 North to Minneapolis that means you basically just drove right past my house, not really though but only about 10 miles east of I35 is Mason City, Ia. You might remember the exits for Mason City and Clear Lake haha or not because its hella boring driving through IA, everything looks the same.

I went to the UP of MI and back in the last 2.5 weeks.. by car.

We encountered the craziest fucking thunder storms. Im talking like lightning striking about half a mile from me.. the thunder louder than a .45... in the car. It was nuts

You got a great looking road trip there. I did the cross country thing myself from NY to Southern CA last December in my e30. Now I'm taking it back to NY this month. These cars are long-distance beasts. Good luck.

                Also, go Mets!

Hahahahah thunderstorms on the plains are no joke, I have seen hail the size of baseballs coming down when its 85 degrees out still. Out on the open road is the last place you want to be caught in strong Mid summer great plains Thunderstorm . Watch those idiots on storm chasers some time. That is a little guy, medium severity Eastern MT summer storm.

Storms like that are very common in the midwest. As a matter of fact we had a small storm last night, there were even downed trees and phone lines a few towns from here.

Update: I made it! I write this in bed here in Spokane enjoying a Whiskey induced headache and some awful beer farts. I arrived here on Thursday at around 3:30pm the journey was 3,213 miles and I took 7 days to do it. Everyone needs to drive cross country, its an experience like nothing I've ever done before. But if you don't want to do the whole country, at least drive through western Montana. I've never seen such incredible scenery.

Now onto the last days pics/stories.

My baby sitting outside my hotel window before my departure.

Had to stand in the highway. No way i was missing out on this shot

a view at the road to come

Where would i be without it?...prob in a ditch somewhere.

p.s. i have no interest in every drinking that shit again.

This is where the drive really got fun. signs posted 45mph around curves, pshhhh I'm in an E30. That sign really means 90mph.

Hands down my best look of the drive. I decided to go out with a bang.

                          lastly, the stow away

It was a phenominal trip, lots of fun, lots of bored and tired hours, and more beautiful scenery than you can imagine. I'll post up more pics in the next few days. I have about 400 i need to sort through, as you can imagine they arent all the best because its not exactly easy to shoot and drive.

Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement, and prayers to the E30 Gods.
